Watch as Chef Shabo prepares Egypt’s most beloved traditional dishes right in front of you — then enjoy a full-sized 5-course tasting meal afterward. Each guest will also receive the recipes to take home.
On the menu:
- 🧆 Taamea – Egyptian falafel, made with chickpeas, fresh herbs & golden fried crunch.
- 🌿 Molokhia – the ultimate Egyptian comfort food, from Chef’s mom’s kitchen.
- 🍖 Beef Short Ribs Fettah – slow-cooked boneless short ribs with fragrant rice & Chef’s signature Tashah sauce.
- 🍰 Basbousa – sweet, tender semolina cake, a must for any Egyptian celebration.
- 🍵 Shay bil Nana – Egyptian mint tea, served morning, noon & night in every home.

The holiday season is around the corner, and we’re thrilled to welcome you to Chef Shabo’s Thanksgiving feast! From perfectly roasted turkey with house-made stuffing to decadent pies that taste like home, let us make your holiday stress-free and delicious.
✨ Seats fill fast — book early! To-go orders require advance reservations. Early pick-ups available for corporate parties and travelers.
Last year, we were showered with compliments on how juicy Chef’s turkey was — and the requests for extra stuffing and homemade cranberry sauce kept coming! In fact, the stuffing was such a hit we even ran out. Don’t worry, Chef is making plenty extra this year to keep everyone happy and satisfied. 🥂
🍤 New Menu Highlights
Appetizer: Lemon Garlic Shrimp – $19.95
Wild jumbo shrimp sautéed in a rich lemon-garlic sauce. (Gluten-Free)
Chicken Wrap – $17.95
Marinated chicken breast, pan-seared to golden brown, wrapped in a toasted white tortilla with lettuce & tomato.
Served all day with your choice of side: French fries, house salad, or soup.
👉 Gluten-free bread available (small extra charge).
Many items can be made gluten-free upon request. Always notify your server of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
