We’re putting the final touches on a fresh new menu and a little rebranding, and we can’t wait to share it with you. Here’s what’s cooking:

🍕 New 12” Sicilian-style pizzas baked to perfection in our beautiful pizza oven

✨ And of course — all your Shabo’s classics will still be there

Our beloved Early Bird ($24.95, 3–5 PM) and Chef’s Dinner Prix Fixe ($29.95) menus are here to stay, too.

As we get closer to everyone’s favorite feast of the year, our reservation book is already filling up fast!

Join us for dine-in or takeout this Thanksgiving and enjoy an incredible 3-Course Meal for just $34.95.

🕛 We’ll be open early from 12 PM, so you can celebrate with us or pick up your meal in time to share with family at home.

In addition to the special menu, a limited à la carte selection will also be available.

The holiday season is around the corner, and we’re thrilled to welcome you to Chef Shabo’s Thanksgiving feast! From perfectly roasted turkey with house-made stuffing to decadent pies that taste like home, let us make your holiday stress-free and delicious.

✨ Seats fill fast — book early! To-go orders require advance reservations. Early pick-ups available for corporate parties and travelers.

Last year, we were showered with compliments on how juicy Chef’s turkey was — and the requests for extra stuffing and homemade cranberry sauce kept coming! In fact, the stuffing was such a hit we even ran out. Don’t worry, Chef is making plenty extra this year to keep everyone happy and satisfied. 🥂

Appetizer: Lemon Garlic Shrimp – $19.95
Wild jumbo shrimp sautéed in a rich lemon-garlic sauce. (Gluten-Free)


Chicken Wrap – $17.95
Marinated chicken breast, pan-seared to golden brown, wrapped in a toasted white tortilla with lettuce & tomato.
Served all day with your choice of side: French fries, house salad, or soup.

Summer MENU Updates at Shabo’s Bistro

Dear Shabo’s Bistro Family,

We hope this newsletter finds you enjoying the warmth and flavors of summer! As the sun shines bright, we’re excited to share some delicious updates and upcoming events from our kitchen to your table.

Firstly, a heartfelt thank you for your overwhelming interest in Chef Shabo’s upcoming Wine Pairing event with a delightful French twist on July 20th. We’re completely booked for this event, but fear not!
Our Regular Dinner menu will be available, and our full team is ready to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Crispy Fried Whole Snapper: Due to frequent request from guests (and even staff!), enjoy our locally fresh-caught, Crispy Fried Whole Snapper. Comes with rice pilaf and a selection of local farm vegetables.

Spaghetti Bolognese: For everyone who can’t get enough of Chef’s signature beef sauce—get ready for a new treat you’ll love! Available on our regular menu and as part of our Early Birds or Chef’s Dinner Prix-Fixe.
